וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־יֵה֗וּא יַ֤עַן אֲשֶׁר־הֱטִיבֹ֙תָ֙ לַעֲשׂ֤וֹת הַיָּשָׁר֙ בְּעֵינַ֔י כְּכֹל֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בִּלְבָבִ֔י עָשִׂ֖יתָ לְבֵ֣ית אַחְאָ֑ב בְּנֵ֣י רְבִעִ֔ים יֵשְׁב֥וּ לְךָ֖ עַל־כִּסֵּ֥א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
E l'Eterno disse a Ieu: 'Poiché hai compiuto bene nell'esecuzione di ciò che è giusto nei miei occhi e hai fatto alla casa di Achab secondo tutto ciò che era nel mio cuore, i tuoi figli della quarta generazione siederanno sul trono di Israele.'
